  • User-Submitted Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to BiasAnalyzer for analysis. However, by submitting content, you grant BiasAnalyzer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze the content for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • Accuracy of Information:  You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to analyze the content through BiasAnalyzer. BiasAnalyzer does not verify the legality of the content submitted by users and assumes no responsibility for any content analyzed through the Service.
  • Prohibited Content:  You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate for analysis.
4. Intellectual Property
  • Service Ownership: BiasAnalyzer and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without BiasAnalyzer’s prior written consent.
  • Trademarks: All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners. You are not permitted to use these marks without the prior written consent of BiasAnalyzer or the respective owner.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Termination
  • Suspension or Termination: BiasAnalyzer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
